Do I need to register before customising?
No. You can choose and customise garments without creating an account. Once you complete your first order, you can access My Club with the same email address and no password.
What can I customise?
You can add your club crest, sponsors and player names. Each element is automatically placed in the fixed position defined for the garment.
Can I combine colours, sizes and quantities?
Yes. You can add several combinations within one garment. For sets, you can also select the top and bottom sizes separately.
Will I see the design before production?
Yes. After payment, My Club displays an automatic proof of the same configuration for you to review and approve once. If you spot an issue, do not approve it; contact the team.
How do I place a repeat order later?
In My Club you can start from the approved design, adjust sizes and quantities and prepare a repeat order without starting again.
What do the prices include?
All prices include VAT and customisation. Delivery to mainland Spain costs €5.90 and is free for product orders of €300.00 or more. We also deliver to Portugal, Italy and Sweden; the charge is calculated from the destination and order and shown before payment.
How long will my order take?
Estimated production time is 20 days and starts only when both conditions are met: payment is confirmed and the club has given final approval to the design. Once dispatched, estimated transit is 24–48 hours.
